AXON has an exciting opportunity to recruit a software team leader who will responsible for leading the team and working on the development and implementation of a wide variety of modern web-based products.Our main concern:Lead the software development teamCoaching and technical guidance of software developers to meet the requirements of the organizationAccountable for the quality of software products developedGuide and control the proper execution of the software development processFacilitate and continuously improve the software development process and eliminate problems and obstaclesProvide simple design to handle architectural complexityCollaborate with the product design teamOur tech stacks:We use different technologies and methods to achieve the required quality in the system. According to the system context and complexity, the team would be select a set of technologies and development tools.
